1989 Nissan 240sx coupe with silvia front end. (108K on body) . Entire car has undergone total dissasembly including removal of all windowws, entire interior, etc. The car was professionally prepped for paint on the inside, motorbay, and exterior, everything is painted! Custom 7point roll cage was fabricated for the car with all points running to frame rails for extra rigidity. Additional custom fabricated metal supports were welded to the chassis tying the firewall to the front strut towers. All accesories were powdercoated metallic gold including the rollcage, dashbar assembly, foot pedal assemblies, custom aluminum battery tray, fuel pump cover, valve cover etc. Car was placed on a custom built wooden moveable stand for the entire buildup. Underside of car was completely stripped, prepped and re-undercoated in a automotive industrial grade undercoating. Over 3 gallons of R&M super white base coat alone were sprayed on this car! All windows were removed from the body during this build, and upon re-installation all brand new OEM window seals and gaskets were used, also including new window "squegee" seals, door, and trunk gaskets. Windshield quirter holes and rear antenna hole were welded shut and smoothed. Rear fenders were rolled and slightly pulled to allow more clearance for upsclaed wheels. Car recieved a JDM silvia front end from japan with the dual projector and foglight housings. Car has brand new OEM silvia(small lettered) grille. Bumper is equipped with the rare OEM Nissan lip. New OEM Nissan front fender linings attaced with stainless hardware. Rear tow hook was deleted and smoothed, entire rear bumper brace was prepped and painted as well. Full custom chassis wiring harness! shedding over 60lbs of useless wires.

 


Fully stripped interior with showroom quality finish paint inside and out. 7pt. custom rollcage powdercoated gold. Bride Zeta 2 seat with low profile Bride seatrail (Ideal for a smaller sized individual). If you wont fit comfortably in this seat, Its a very desireable part for re-sale. S14 passenger seat. Holding you down are two Black 5 pt. Crow harnesses with 3" straps and the kam-lock release system. Defi BF link maksed gauges including Boost, Oil Pressure, Water Temp., and EGT. All daisy chained to the control unit allowing - warning settings, peak settings, recording runs, and playback mode. New style JVC chameleon cd player which matches gauges perfect. Custom aluminum plates were made and powdercoated black wrinkle to house the Kenwood door speakers, all attached using stainless hardware. Nardi Torino 330mm polished wood wheel equipped with an NRG titanium quick disonnect hub and Nardi adapter. Custom pedal plates were fabricated, welded, and powdercoated for ease of heel-toe shifting. Rear mounted lightweight (13lbs) Odyssey battery in rear with custom aluminum battery tray powdercoated gold.

S13 SR20DET Blacktop. Motor was fully dissasembled. All new Nissan OEM bearings and entire gasket set was used, along with the APEXi 1.1mm metal headgasket. Everything on the motor is fresh. Exhaust manifold and turbo turbine housing was sent to Jet Hot Coatings to recieve their special high temp perfomance black ceramic coating. Greddy Front mount intercooler with all aluminum piping and silicone connectors, All additional outlets were cut smoothed and welded shut! Polished alumiunum hotpipe with HKS Super Sequential blow -off vavle. A walbo 255lph fuel pump running to a 300zx fuel filter pumps fuel to the motor. Koyo racing Aluminum radiator with New Nissan OEM hoses. Custom coolant fitting for cleanliness of motor bay and motor performance. Sending all additinal air into the radiator is the Gold GP Sports cooling panel. 3" Stainless Turbo elbow runs to the 3" Stainless Blitz downpipe. 3" Stainless Testpipe and the full JIC lightweight(thinwalled stainless & hollow hangers) Stainless catback system. Power Enterprises super-V red belt. The Exedy ceramic metallic racing clutch and flywheel was installed, being pushed by new Nissam OEM clutch master and slave cylinder through the stainless clutchline . Helping it rev even faster is the lightweight aluminum 1 piece driveshaft.Full custom race wiring harness! APEXi dry filament performance airfilter. Custom aluminum MAF bracket. Entire engine bay cleaned, all wiring, relays and fuses are mounted prefessionally underneath the dash! Tomie Tehcnical Trax advanced 2-way LSD (yes it's hardcore and noisy, they all are! It's worth it.) Motor has been meticulously maintained (~5,000 miles on rebuild-flawless) oil changed every 900 miles using K&N oilfilter.

Car is equipped with JDM JIC FLTA2 Magic coilovers, including 16way adjustable dampening, camber plates, pillowball mounts, etc (These are from the Japan manufacturer, not the crap now sold on e-bay).. SPL Pro Parts Rear Upper Control Arms for easy adjustment of camber of rear wheels. Nismo front power brace ties the front frame rails together. Kazama front tension rods. SPL Pro parts solid aluminum subframe bushings (hardcore! :D). Nissan s14 5-lug conversion done to all 4 corners, with Nismo front control arm bushings and new Nissan OEM S14 balljoints.


300zx twin turbo brakes (30mm fronts!) used on all 4 corners with fully functioning rear 300zx e-brake (works great!). Custom billet aluminum brackets were fabricated to mount e-brake cables securely to chassis. All calipers were fully dissasembled and powdercoated translucent cherry red and re-assembled using all new OEM Nissan seals,boots, pins, bolts, and clips. All corners are equipped with stainless 240sx -> 300zx conversion lines. Nissan OEM 300zx brake master cylinder was installed (1 /16" biggest one!) along side of the freshly gloss black powdercoated brake booster. Brembo cadmium 300zx twin turbo cross drilled and slotted rotors were used on all 4 corners

Entire car wiring harness was built from scratch(chassis harness and motor harness) . New custom harness was simplified, moving all necessary components ( all brand new Bosch relays used, Way-tek panel switchs, Bussman race fusebox, ECU, etc) all neatly mounted under the dash ( easy access too). Entire chassis/ motor harness was sleeved in special nylon sheathing leaving an awesome, durable professional look! Motor harness is custom, built using all new OEM connectors, and is hidden in the motor bay.
